Terms of Service & SMS Terms

1. The service

Arena Networks, Inc. ("Arena") provides legislative intelligence products: committee and floor summaries, bill tracking, reporting tools, email newsletters, and text message alerts. By using Arena's website or products, you agree to these terms.

2. SMS program: Arena Legislative Alerts

• Program description. Arena Legislative Alerts sends recurring text messages containing legislative hearing summaries, schedule alerts, and account notifications to users who opt in.
• Enrollment. You enroll by submitting the sign-up form on our website and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies with legislative activity — typically 1–10 messages per week when covered committees are meeting.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Arena does not charge for the messages themselves during the free JBC summary program.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact henry@tryarena.news.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed at the prices shown on our website ($99/month or $1,000/year). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute Arena content without written permission, or use the service in violation of law.

5. Content and accuracy

Arena works hard to make its summaries accurate and validates figures against official sources before sending. Arena content is provided for informational purposes and is not legal advice. Official legislative records remain the authoritative source.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arena's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Arena in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
