Arena Networks, Inc. ("Arena," "we," "us") provides legislative intelligence products, including email newsletters, a web application, and text message alerts. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, mobile phone number, organization, and billing information when you sign up for our products or alerts.
- Usage information: standard log data such as pages visited, links clicked, and device/browser type, used to operate and improve the product.
How we use information
- To deliver the products you signed up for, including email newsletters and text message alerts.
- To process payments, provide support, and send service notifications.
- To improve our products and understand how they are used.
Text messaging
If you opt in to Arena Legislative Alerts, we use your mobile number solely to send the messages you signed up for: legislative hearing summaries, schedule alerts, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the product (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, text message delivery, and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the service. These providers are bound to use your information solely on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you have an account or subscription with us, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, billing, and record-keeping purposes. When you unsubscribe from text alerts, we retain a record of your opt-out so that we do not message you again.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from text alerts at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from email using the link in any email we send.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
